Q1 Spa to launch on Gold Coast

The spa at the Q1 Tower on Australia’s Gold Coast is due to launch this month ahead of the property fully opening in December.

Operated by Exclusive Spas of Australia, the Q1 spa will feature treatments using Li’Tya products, an Australian range that draws on indigenous wisdom, native medicines and herbal remedies from the earth and the sea.

Exclusive features to the spa will include the Hudrostorm and the Spa jet, both of which will be used in therapies, while there will be a number of treatment rooms, designed to complement other facilities such as the lagoon pool.

Spa owner Carol Fleming said: “We offer much more than the conventional style of spa menu at Q1. Our innovative treatments go a long way from a mere massage and are unique to the Gold Coast. Each guest is promised a unique spa ritual unlike anything they’ve experienced anywhere else in the world.”

Billed as the world’s tallest residential tower, the 80-storey Q1 Resort and Spa development will boast 527 apartments, two lagoon swimming pools with a sandy beach, a fitness suite and indoor swimming pool.

Exclusive Spas of Australia also operates the Sebel Reef House, Palm Cove, in North Queensland, named one of the top 10 Best Spas of the World by the UK’s Condé Nast Traveller magazine. Details: www.Q1.com.au
